when i go to record it ses recording error can somone help me with this problum??

I take it this is in Deer Hunter 2005 Season? 
If so make sure that you have a folder in your Deer Hunter Game folder called Rec.  It should be located here: 
  C:\Program files\Atari\Deer Hunter 2005\Game\Rec

If it's not there you can add it using Windows Explorer for instance.  Also make sure that your game is patched with the correct v1.2 patch.
