You must Send in a .dht file and the unaltered Screenshot file for each animal that you are submitting for your entry!

The Following is the procedure to obtain and submit those files:

Go to the Trophy Room and when you are viewing the Trophy Animal that you are submitting, Press the F10 key at the top of the keyboard. (This will take the Screenshot of the Trophy) You will then click where it says EXPORT. (This will export the .dht file) You will need to do this with each animal that you are submitting, if there are more than one!

If you are familiar with attaching files, below is the path to the files.
(If you have previous files that you have exported, you will need to be sure that you attach the proper ones. they will have the name of the animal, and the date taken in the file name for the .dht files, and the screenshots should be the highest numbered files, for the last ones taken)
Directions are for Deer Hunter 2005, Just substitute Deer Hunter 2004 where it says Deer Hunter 2005 for the 2004 files

.dht files   C:\Program Files\Atari\Deer Hunter 2005\Game\Trophies
Screenshots:   C:\Program Files\Atari\Deer Hunter 2005\Game\Screenshots

If you are not familiar with attaching files, I would suggest the following:

Before you get your screenshots and export your .dht files: Click on the start menu and then click on my Computer. Then double click on Drive C: Then Double click on the folder Program Files Double click on the folder Atari Double Click on the folder Deer Hunter 2005 Double click on the folder Game
Double click the folder TrophiesRight click on each of the files, if any and delete them all or if you want to save them, copy them and paste them in a new folder Then hit the back button and double click Screenshots Again right click on all of the screenshots and either delete or copy and paste them to another folder. Now Both folders, Trophies and screenshots should be empty. and when you do the new screenshots and exports, you will not have any files in those folders, but the ones you have to send in.

Once you have completed your Exports and Screenshots, repeat the process above only this time when you right click on the files, select copy, then minimize the window, and right click on your desktop and select paste. Do this with each of all of the files you need to send in, and they will all be copied to your desktop. When that is completed go to the screen to send entries and click on the link, that will bring up an e-mail. Be sure to place your Hunter name in the Body of the e-mail, then click the paperclip or select insert file. In the menu that comes up, select your desktop, and then highlight the one of the files you copied to the desktop, and click insert. You will need to repeat this for each of the files, until everyone you are submitting has been inserted.

Then just send your entry and you should be all set!

There is a link in the Site Hunting Menu for sending Entries. When you send your entries, you can also include any Records that you have with your entry, and put in the e-mail that you may have a Record Book Deer. They normally won't be processed until the end of that weeks hunt, as someone else may have a bigger one.

If you realize, after the hunt is over for the week, that you have an entry for the recordbook, you can send it to recordbook@hagadoo.com

Is 2005entry@hagadoo.com the e-mail that I'm gonna send my entries to every time ?

Yes for the 2005 hunt only. The  ISV (2007) hunt goes to 2004entry@hagadoo.com
