Due to the Rapid Growth and size of the site, the Staff structure is being changed in order to make things easier and less stressfull on single individuals.

Persons interested in becoming Staff at DHAC must submit a request when Openings are announced. The requests should only be submitted when there is an announcement of a position.

When a position is being filled, requests will be reviewed by the Staff and will be filled by the by the person the Site Owners decide is best qualified. Things that will be considered are Knowledge of the Games, Map Making Skills, People Skills ( how you communicate and treat others), Time spent in chat and participation at the site, & ability to perform the duties of the position.

The Staff needs to work together and assist each other for occasions when one can not do particular duties at a particular time and when emergencies etc. arise!

POSITIONS

SITE OWNERS: This is self explanatory, these positions are not filled unless decided upon by the Site Owners.

SITE ADMINISTRATORS: The Site Administrators Are the General Administrators of the Site. Sometimes Site Administrators will do the Duties of others, when a position is vacant.

DH2005 ADMIN: This is the person in charge of coordinating the Deer Hunter 2005 Hunts & Tournaments. This includes posting of hunts, processing results, keeping up on the Records page & helping with the other Game Hunts when necessary.

DH2004 ADMIN: This is the person in charge of coordinating the Deer Hunter 2004 Hunts & Tournaments. This includes posting of hunts, processing results, keeping up on the Records page & helping with the other Game Hunts when necessary.

TH2003 ADMIN: This is the person in charge of coordinating the Trophy Hunter 2003 Hunts & Tournaments. This includes posting of hunts, processing results, keeping up on the Records page & helping with the other Game Hunts when necessary.

(3) ASSISTANT ADMINS: The Assistant Administrators assist the Admins in Posting Hunts, Results and other site related duties. When an ADMIN needs to be replaced for what ever reason, an Assistant Admin will be moved to the ADMIN Position if he or she requests to.

(4) MODERATORS: The Moderators assist with the Forums, answering questions, helping others, deleting posts that are not appropriate for the site, moving posts to proper categories, etc.
