Hello all at Hagadoo.
I've just joined the Community and I am having a major issue at the moment.
I've searched your forum and others to see if there are any related topics for this however I haven't found any with answers.
One of them referred to this Community to ask but it was never posted.

After a complete and successful install of Deer Hunter 2005 I run the game and the screen changes resolution to begin the game full screen.
Immediately it then goes back to desktop with the game process in Task Manager gone.

I have no issues running other games - Especially ones with game engines like Counter Strike Source.
This game worked perfectly on Windows XP - It also worked fine on Vista however I couldn't alter video settings in-game as it would crash immediately.

If required I can paste the log file for viewing.

Id love to be able to play this game again as its the only decent and most realistic one for hunting.

Thank you all for your time with this.

Hm well it seems that the game is working fine after I updated to the 1.2 Patch - Also the video settings also work since this update.

Thanks all.

I had same issue. It was my Samsung Multiscreen software, I turn it off before starting game.
