This past weekend I was away from my computer because my daughter had a soccer tournament in Virginia Beach, Virginia. We drove 6 hours to get there Friday and woke up Saturday morning ready to play. We played 2 teams from the State of Virginia and easily beat them 4-0, 5-0. Sunday morning's first game was at 8 AM against a team from Delaware. This was the best competition we faced all weekend. We played them hard for 50 minutes, controlling the ball 100% of the game, but ending the game in a 1-1 tie. This was the only goal Aleah allowed all weekend! We played our 4th and championship game against a team from North Carolina, Our opponents did not have what it takes to beat us, we sent them packing back to NC with a 5-0 lost. All in all, our team played as a skilled unit, bringing home the Gold to Pennsylvania. WTG!!

Good Job Aleah and Team-mates    I still remember the loss you had this summer , you certainly proved
that comebacks are hard earned and satisfying.

Wow! That is awsweome!! Congrats to your daughter.

As a father of a 11 year old daughter myself, I know how proud you are of her and her team.  Seeing the picture of the team reminds me how much I can't wait to get home to my kids!

 Thanks for the post!!!
