So I own an Ubuntu 12.04 dedicated server that I host gameservers on, and I was wondering if it is at all possible to run a 24/7 dedicated server from my box.

Possible?

I believe maybe so, but not sure. You will have to install the complete game on your dedicated server first. Then edit the "RunDedicated.bat" file, found in the DH2005 Atari folder. Set it up to the way you want it to work. Then launch it and all should be good. If you never have done this before, it may become problematic. But once established, it will run 24/7/365 if you choose as long as your box does not go down.
Good Luck!

Yeah, I kind of thought this was how it'd work.

(My god, that is one horribly formatted Quote box. Who did the CSS for this forum? Jeeesus, that is one ugly quote box. Incredibly hard to read too.)
