Your file path is corrupted.
The file path has extra characters after the j3d which should not be there. Sad

Run a registry cleaner  and a disk check and if that does not work reinstall the Editor so that the library can be corrected with a fresh instal.
Finally You may have to take out the whole game and do a complete reinstal.
Save your profile and custom level folders along with any others you need and put them back when you finish.

For a quick fix just chose another building to put in the map. Idea

I have that problem too, but it only happens with custom objects. Am I doing something wrong?

There are two ways to load custom objects that I use..

1. place the j3d file (s ) loose  in the map folder.
Make a folder called tex,  put it in the map folder, and load all tex files from all custom objects into that folder.

2. place the complete custom object folder in the map folder.
Inside the custom object folder will be the tex folder for that custom object. leave it there.
Using this 2nd method allows you to use the same custom object with different textures ( or to have some as linked and some unlinked. a moving vehicle and a static vehicle )
Rename the second folder to make it show as a different object. EG, red car.. to... green car or house1.. to.. house2.

Either way, the custom files must be taken out of the zip before they will work in the map. Unzip the zip file on desktop and move the custom object folder to the map folder.

There is also the possibility that you are having the problem descibed here.

If this dosnt sort it out, post a screenshot of your error message.
