You can only use them if you are making maps. The map maker includes them in the map,
In most cases they are only static models that are placed in the maps to help make it more realistic. Eg cows Horses pigs.
Then there are some moving objects such as the swimming Bass and Flying vultures, trains.. planes and vehicles.
They all go about their business in the game, but cant be interacted with by the players.
Old Hunters never die. They just sit around the campfire and tell the biggest lies.
Well that stinks. So I'm guessing that players only have limited modding skills. Besides putting in new "animals", objects, and buildings, and making new maps, there isn't really much else you can do. I was hoping that people could make new weapons, vehicles, hunter models, new huntable animals, the ability to "claim" ambient animals, making new items to use to hunt with, etc. I don't own any Deer Hunter games (save for Deer Hunter II), I own Trophy Hunter 2003, but the games look similar gameplay wise. And I know the games are old, but its hard to believe that these games have such limited modding abilities.
