The secret is to shoot them over the water.. not in it.

Dan, you do know that you can make the water at just the right height, so that you can shoot the deer in it and it will count as a kill?

I was aware.. never done it .. dont know how... but why make it easy for them. Twisted Evil

I was working on a map recently where i layed a water stream on a map and it did not show up on the editor map.
When I went into game the water made no noise and I could walk into and under it without being stopped and shot a deer in it without penalty.

Unfortunately it didnt fit the parametres I wanted on that map so I deleted the stream and layed it again.
Never did figure out how or why.

Must have been the Editors Nancy Pelosi syndrome.

If the orientation is up-side down it will act that way I made a stream once and turned it over and the same thing occured.

I've seen a buck over 500 lb. Too bad the game ended, and I think I was full.  Sad

Godzilla, there are no 500lb deer in this game. If you are seeing them it is because you are hunting with a mod. The use of Mod's are strictly forbidden and if caught using them for any of our hunts or competition, you will be banned. If you post about using mod's or deer shot with them, it will be removed by any one of my Staff, Moderator or myself. Here at Hagadoo we only hunt & support the 1.2 patch by Atari.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Quote....(I've seen a buck over 500 lb. Too bad the game ended, and I think I was full.)

What are you on man?

This post and the buck you posted  on the other thread are both outside the realms of possibility for the 1.2 patch.

The weight you mentioned and the weight on the Buck you posted puts you in the sin bin.
